He has worked for many multinational clients to implement new technologies, changed and operated service delivery models and enabled HR as a business partner to drive change.
While leading large HR SSC Teams he managed HR services for more than 250.000 employees. He supported organizations like ABB, Airbus, Atos, BMW, Credit Suisse, Daimler, GM, GSK, Michelin, Pfizer, PWC, UBS or UNHCR.
Holger held several senior management and partner positions with PwC, IBM, UBS, Xerox, and Conduent.

Long time of his career Erwin worked for Arinso in roles, from Project to Business-unit Manager building out Arinso in the Netherlands supporting companies like Essent, CeHaVe, DSM, Shell, Unilever, ING or Fortis.
With his own SAP HR Consultancy Company, Magma IT Solutions, he ran full SAP HR implementations for customers like DSM, Sabic, Opel, ACS, Nestle, Philips, AZM, University of Maastricht, University of Utrecht, Merces, Atos, MediaMarkt, Action, Radboud.
Before founding WALEUM Erwin globally managed the ACS/Xerox/Conduent Payroll Partners like ADP, Nothgate Arinso, SD-workx, Talent2, Ascender, EPI-USE, Cloudpay, ADAM and PeopleStrong.
